• 30-Day Warranty Coverage: Refunds are only available if you purchased the optional 30-Day Warranty at checkout.
• Refunds Only (No Returns): If your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not function as described, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns—products do not need to be shipped back to us.
• Eligibility:
• You must have purchased the 30-Day Warranty at the time of your order.
• If you did not purchase the warranty, your order is not eligible for a refund.
• How to Request a Refund: Please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, proof of warranty purchase, and photo/video evidence of the issue.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
